At Twin Angels, our mission is to provide social services, educational opportunities, and life-skill development to individuals with disabilities and the economically disadvantaged.

At Twin Angels, we transform lives in our community by promoting independence and inspiring change.

Twin Angels started as an assisted living facility in 2015 and has grown to an agency that offers a variety of services.

Courtney Green, BS, M.Ed. President

Courtney L. Green holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Exceptional Student Education from Saint Petersburg College of Education. Courtney has over 10 years of experience working in the public-school setting educating students with special needs and mentoring fellow teachers. Courtney’s passion to educate and make a difference in the world motivated her to establish an Adult Day Training Center and a Private School for kids with disabilities and without disabilities. Courtney is not only a highly effective educator; she is a savvy businesswoman. Courtney has extensive experience in co-developing and maintaining a growing business. She serves as the Chief Executive Office and President. Courtney has overall administrative responsibility over Twin Angels Organization.

Clarence Green, BSWVice President

Clarence Green, Vice President holds a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of South Florida. His current responsibilities include functioning as the principal executive of the assigned community and as liaison to consumers, families, prospects, staff, government agencies, vendors, and the public. He is also responsible for reviewing staff schedules to ensure staff resources are managed and scheduled efficiently to meet the residents need; monitors all personnel changes at the community; monitors consumer admission process; supervises operation of all departments and ensure community-wide compliance with state law and licensing requirements; and monitors departmental spending. Clarence has over 10 years of leadership skills. He has been the head of many companies all while building Twin Angels.
