As Executive Director of Twin Angels Organization and its Assisted Living operations, Clarence plays a vital role in driving the vision, growth, and day-to-day excellence of the organization.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Clarence brings a deep understanding of human services, advocacy, and ethical care practices. His experience in child welfare has equipped him with the skills to support vulnerable populations, navigate complex systems, and ensure that individuals and families receive the care, protection, and resources they need to thrive.
