Courtney L. Green, M.Ed. is a visionary leader, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate care and innovative service delivery. As the President and Founder of the Twin Angels Organization, established in 2015, Courtney has built a multi-service organization committed to empowering individuals with disabilities and supporting families across Florida.

With a strong foundation in education, Courtney brings structure, integrity, and excellence into every aspect of her organization. Her background as an educator fuels her passion for developing life skills programs, staff training systems, and person-centered services that promote independence, dignity, and purpose.

Courtney is known for her commitment to compliance, quality care, and staff development, ensuring that all services align with Florida AHCA and APD standards. She has created a culture of accountability and compassion, where both clients and staff are empowered to thrive.

Courtney’s leadership is rooted in faith, resilience, and purpose. She believes that true success is measured not just in growth, but in the lives changed along the way.

Clarence Green, BSW, is a dedicated leader and social services professional with a strong background in child welfare and organizational leadership. As Executive Director of Twin Angels Organization and its Assisted Living operations, Clarence plays a vital role in driving the vision, growth, and day-to-day excellence of the organization.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Clarence brings a deep understanding of human services, advocacy, and ethical care practices. His experience in child welfare has equipped him with the skills to support vulnerable populations, navigate complex systems, and ensure that individuals and families receive the care, protection, and resources they need to thrive.

Known for his visionary mindset and ability to build meaningful relationships, Clarence helps expand the reach and impact of Twin Angels within the community. His leadership supports the organization’s mission to provide compassionate, person-centered services while creating sustainable opportunities for long-term growth.
